Two months of Training on Solar PV systems concluded at Energy Training and Research Center (ETRC) in Lahore. The program was held with the support of LONGi China. About 20 persons having DAE and BTECH qualifications in Electrical were provided two months of training on Solar PV systems for Power Generation at Energy Training and Research Center (ETRC) Lahore.

The training was supported by LONGi China, one of the largest Solar PV Wafers, Cells and Modules manufacturers in China.

Engr. Faiz Bhutta and Engr. Obaid were the trainers for this program. The course design was based on 70:30 means 70% practical and 30% theory.

The purpose of this program was to bridge the gap in the Solar workforce that emerged from the fast growth in the Solar Industry in Pakistan. LONGi China has ensured that this program will continue to help Pakistan create a Solar Workforce in Pakistan to bring quality to Installations and Operations.

Certificates were distributed by the Marketing Head of Long I China Mrs. Zhoga.
