Sonraj launches Youth Circle Enrichment Program

Sonraj has completed its inaugural Youth Circle Enrichment Program, designed to empower young talent in luxury retail. With over 60% of Pakistan’s population under the age of 25, this youthful demographic holds immense potential to drive change in the international luxury market.

The two-week program engaged bright teenagers in workshops, floor work, and mentoring sessions with Sonraj leaders, covering topics such as luxury brand management, marketing, and retail operations. 

Rameez Sattar, CEO of Sonraj, emphasised the importance of this next generation, stating, “You’re now competing globally. The world is digital — everyone has access to the same tools.” 

This initiative reflects Sonraj’s commitment to youth development, aiming to nurture confident, innovative minds to build future global luxury brands from Pakistan. The future of luxury is being shaped by the country’s ambitious youth, ready to start trends instead of following them.
