Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL), in partnership with Mercantile, Apple’s Authorized Distributor, has introduced the iPhone 18 Pro series at select PTCL Service Centers in Islamabad, Lahore, and Karachi. 

Customers purchasing through PTCL will receive a two‑year warranty (one year Apple, one year Mercantile), a 12‑month protection plan, and complimentary PTCL connectivity benefits. Multiple payment options are available. 

The initiative reflects PTCL’s strategy to expand its consumer device portfolio alongside broadband and Flash Fiber services, leveraging its 194 Service Centers across 96 cities. 

PTCL CMO Amad Khan said the partnership “brings together a premium device, trusted after‑sales support, and PTCL connectivity in one proposition.” Mercantile CEO Nauman Durrani added that the collaboration ensures access to genuine Apple devices with official warranty coverage.
