The total liquid foreign reserves held by the country stood at US$17,545.5million on 13April2018.The break-up of the foreign reserves position is as under:-

Foreign reserves held by the State Bank of Pakistan: US$11,379.6million

Net foreign reserves held by commercial banks: US$6,165.9million

Total liquid foreign reserves            : US$17,545.5 million

During the week ending 13April2018, SBP’sreserves decreased by US$58million to US$11,546million, due to external debt servicing and other official payments.
