Marine ISTA of Vitol completed the largest-ever bunkering operation at Karachi Port, supplying 4,900 metric tonnes of fuel to MSC Apollo.

The vessel made a bunker-only call at the KPT area. This milestone highlights KPT and its stakeholders’ enhanced capability to handle large vessels for bunkering and to emerge as a bunkering hub.

This expanding market will afford a significant boost to Pakistan’s refinery and maritime sectors.
