KPT has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Saudi Business Council–NAJD Gateway Holding Company, Arif Habib Dolmen REIT Management Limited (AHDRML), and the Pakistan Corporate Consortium to explore the development of a world-class Maritime Business District on KPT’s 140-acre prime waterfront land at M.T. Khan Road, Karachi.

The MoU was signed during the High-Level Visit of the Saudi-Pakistan Joint Business Council (JBC).

This strategic collaboration, under the auspices of SIFC, aims to maximize the value of KPT’s assets, attract local and international investment, and create a vibrant hub for business, commerce, and economic growth, subject to the completion of all regulatory requirements in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.

The Saudi delegation also showed keen interest in enhancing maritime business collaboration between the two countries, with particular focus on KPT.
