Lake City and Foster Company have signed a contract to design the CBD One Tower, set to transform Lahore’s commercial landscape. The ceremony, attended by key officials, marks a collaboration to bring world-class infrastructure to the city.

CEO Sultan Gohar Ejaz emphasised the project’s aim to establish a landmark of modernity and sustainable growth. The One CBD Tower will feature an ultra-luxury hotel, shopping mall, high-end apartments, and Grade-A office space.

COO Brigadier (R) Mansoor Janjua noted the project’s contribution to aligning Lahore’s infrastructure with international standards. Chief Consultant Abrar Sheikh commented on its aesthetic impact on the skyline, while architects Rob Harrison Green and Steven Houman discussed key milestones for Punjab’s Central Business District initiative.
