The Hub Power Company Limited has informed Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) today that the Company in their meeting held on Tuesday, January 18, 2022 at 10:00 a.m (PST) at Registered / Head office of the Company has approved an Interim Cash Dividend for the year ending June 30, 2022 at Rs.6.50 per share, that is, 65%.

This entitlement will be paid to the shareholders whose names will appear in the Register of Members on January 25, 2022.

The Share Transfer Books of the Company will be closed from January 26, 2022 to January 28, 2022 (both days inclusive). Transfers received at the office of our Share Registrar M/s FAMCO Associates (Private) Limited (address given below) at the close of business (5 pm) on January 25, 2022 will be treated in time for the purposes of above interim cash dividend to the transferees.
