The Hafnia seafarers’ mini-induction session is designed for new team members to understand and discuss Hafnia’s values, policies, and operational procedures and address any pressing questions or suggestions. This ensures that new seafaring members are well-acquainted with Hafnia’s standards and expectations, promoting a smooth integration into our daily operations. 21 senior officers attended the seminar.
