Messe Frankfurt, the organizer of Heimtextil, Techtextil, and Texprocess — three of the world’s leading textile trade fairs — recently brought the spirit of collaboration to Karachi by hosting two padel tournaments: the Techtextil Meister Cup and the Texprocess Challenge Cup.
Held from September 18 to 25, 2025, the tournaments featured over 20 teams with representatives from Pakistan’s leading textile exporters, trade associations, and industry partners. The event offered a vibrant and interactive platform for business leaders to connect in a more relaxed and engaging setting, strengthening professional ties through the spirit of sportsmanship.
Organized under the themes of Techtextil, Texprocess, and Heimtextil, the tournaments highlighted the growing alignment of industry collaboration, innovation, and international trade.
Heimtextil, the world’s largest trade fair for home and contract textiles — including bed sheets, kitchen linens, carpets, and towels — holds special relevance for Pakistan’s home textile industry, offering unmatched exposure to international buyers. The next edition will take place from January 13 to 16, 2026, in Frankfurt, Germany.
Techtextil, scheduled for April 21–24, 2026, focuses on technical textiles across various industries, including healthcare, sports, protection, and packaging. Meanwhile, Texprocess, held in conjunction, showcases cutting-edge solutions in textile and garment machinery, as well as production technologies.
