Zong, Pakistan’s leading technology services enterprise, has launched the first AI-powered Digital Intelligent Employee initiative as part of its Digital Intelligence framework. This initiative aims to enhance operational agility and accelerate decision-making through AI and automation.

The Digital Intelligent Employee employs AI-enabled virtual workforce entities that autonomously manage complex business processes. These entities leverage advanced AI models and integrated data platforms to make real-time decisions and coordinate actions, thereby improving speed, accuracy, scalability, and organizational agility.

Zong has successfully implemented this initiative in two key areas: Inventory Management and Fuel Management Operations, streamlining processes and boosting efficiency.

Waqas Munim, Head of Digital Intelligence at Zong, emphasized that this evolution enables systems to analyze and adapt autonomously, enhancing efficiency and decision-making.
