Alternate Channels are secondary and tertiary recharge platforms like Banking apps, FinTech apps, websites, etc. Team Zong celebrated this milestone at Zong HQ, inaugurated by Mr. Wasi Ansari, Director of Sales & Distribution. Zong’s C-level Leadership, Directors, and HOD were presented with insights on the journey of the Alternate Channel transformation launched in 2017.
During his address, Mr. Ansari highlighted Zong 4 G’s vision of becoming a leader in digital innovation. “Over the past seven years, the Alternate Channel has grown exponentially, now holding a 40% volume share in total recharge volume and delivering a YTD growth of 29.81% this year. The 7 billion volume achievement is a proud moment for the company, reflecting its strong commitment to innovation, partner engagement, and expansion in the digital landscape,” he reported.
