Young Leaders conference 2025 opens with a powerful call for personal growth and purpose

The 23rd edition of the Young Leaders Conference (YLC) 2025 kicked off today with the theme “Manifesting Personal Development.” Day One brought together young leaders from across Pakistan and focused on self-awareness, values, and personal alignment as foundations for meaningful societal change.

The event began with a warm welcome, a recitation, and the national anthem, highlighted by the launch of “23 Years of Legacy – The Case of Silent Revolution,” celebrating over two decades of youth-led impact. Participants engaged in reflective sessions, collaborative activities, and mentoring opportunities, with segments such as “Sowing Manifestation” and “Make Your Mark” that promoted translating intention into action.

Day One also underscored the value of partnerships in youth development, with support from organizations such as English Biscuit Manufacturers (EBM) and Accelerate Prosperity, as well as media partners such as Jang Group and Geo. YLC leadership reiterated that personal development is a lifelong journey, stating, “Before we can hope to lead change in the world, we must first learn to lead ourselves.”

As the conference progresses, participants will delve into themes of social stewardship, informed citizenship, and collective impact, continuing YLC’s mission to inspire critical thinking, ethical action, and purposeful leadership among Pakistan’s youth.
