TOMCL secures $7.5m export orders from China

The Organic Meat Company Limited (TOMCL) has secured confirmed export orders worth USD 7.5 million from China for cooked and heat-treated frozen boneless beef during the financial year 2025–26.

In a notice to the Pakistan Stock Exchange, the company said this breakthrough underscores TOMCL’s ability to comply with China’s stringent sanitary and phytosanitary (SPS) protocols and deliver fully cooked, export-grade beef aligned with international food safety regulations.

The company highlighted that the orders reflect growing Chinese demand for ready-to-process halal protein products, particularly in the food service and retail segments. The development also strengthens bilateral agricultural and food trade ties under the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC).

According to TOMCL, the deal will significantly enhance export revenue visibility for FY26, reinforce customer confidence in its operational excellence, and further establish the company as a regional leader in value-added halal meat exports.
