Texprocess and Techtextil 14 – 17 May 2019, Frankfurt, Germany

At Texprocess, international exhibitors will present the latest machine and services for the manufacture of garments and textile while Techtextil, the leading international trade fair for technical textiles and nonwovens, takes place at the same venue.

Both show attracted 1,789 exhibitors (Texprocess 312 exhibitors from 35 countries and Techtextil 1,477 exhibitors from 55) and more than 40,761 trade visitors, which once again made it Europe’s foremost innovation platform for the sector

With technical textile and textile machinery in one exhibition ground – visitors can see the entire chain from production to fibres to innovative fabrics and their end use to recycling

At Texprocess you can find all machinery related to design, cutting, sewing, knitting and embroidery to finishing, refining, IT and logistics Techtextil covers “technical textile” and their applications such as functional apparel and protective garments. They are divided into 12 application areas: Agrotech, Buildtech, Clothtech, Geotech, Hometech, Indutech, Medtech, Mobiltech, Oekotex, Packtech, Protech, Sporttech

Texprocess will be supported by VDMA Garment and Leather Technology Association, SPESA (Sewn Products Equipment & Suppliers of the Americas), CSMA (China Sewing Machinery Association), JASMA (Japan Sewing Machinery Manufacturers Association), International Apparel Federation, Euratex (The European Apparel and Textile Confederation), German Fashion – Modeverband Deutschland e.V, Dialog Textil-Bekleidung.

In 2017, the top 10 exhibitor nations were Germany, Italy, China, Great Britain, Taiwan, Turkey, Poland, Japan, USA, and Portugal while there was a high number of visitors from garment manufacturing countries such as Romania, Poland, Vietnam, China, Turkey, Czech Republic, Portugal and Sri Lanka.
