With a remarkable professional background spanning over 22 years, Mr Rafi brings expertise in resource planning, marketing, academic administration, government relations, training, and event management. His diverse skill set, coupled with his current positions as Registrar at ILMA University, Chief of Strategy & Marketing at Rapido, and Advisor at Harvard Business Review Advisory Council, ARPIC, & Communications Coordinator, RI Zone 1B and DRC 2023-24, RID 3271, positions him to lead the charge in positioning Rotary as a global leader in humanitarian service.
