State Minister for Communications Mr. Murad Saeed paid sudden visit to Phulgran Toll Plaza located on Islamabad-Murree dual carriageway (IMDC) today. Objective of his visit was to improve the administrative and operational affairs of the toll plaza and review the anti-encroachment drive along IMDC. Chairman NHA Mr. Jawwad Rafique Malik and senior officers from Ministry of Communications, NHA and National Logistic cell were also present.

Mr. Murad Saeed said, Ministry of Communications is successfully implementing the Clean and Green Pakistan campaign. To this effect, removal of encroachments from Right of Way of NHA’s network and afforestation programme are progressing gradually. Besides cut vegetation work is also underway along the highways network. All such activity will help achieve the target of making highways environment friendly and to enhance their beauty.
