Addressing a press conference at the Ssawab Trust Dialysis Center on Tuesday along with the president of the trust Prof. Dr Waqar Kazmi, President Mr Khurram Zafar, General Secretary, and Ms Shahla Ahmed, Executive Director, the patron of the trust, Senator Abdul Haseeb Khan said that the main task of the government is to provide health and education facilities to the people. Health facilities are not reaching the ordinary person across the country, and the institutions to which crores of rupees are being provided are not providing adequate dialysis. We have now set up a Trust Dialysis Center with an initial investment of Rs. 6 crores. “We are not taking a single penny from the patient, and all the modern dialysis facilities, including OPD, are being provided,” he said.
