SSGC swept through the 8TH National Road Cycling Championship, organized by the Pakistan Cycling Federation (PCF) in Karachi, DHA Phase-8, by winning 16 medals and emerging victorious. The Company’s male cyclists amassed 4 golds, 2 silvers, and 5 bronze medals, while its female riders won 3 golds and 2 silvers. SSGC’s men and women cyclists dominated 24-km, 32-km, 48-km, 56-km, 64-km, and 80-km cycle races in both individual and team time trial categories. 

Gas utility’s Abdul Razzaq, Mohammad Shan, Waleed Ahmed, Ali Ilyas, Rizwan Usman, Aqib Shah, Naeem Ahmed, Abdul Wahab, Rajia Shabbir, Kinza Malik, Asma Jan and Rabia Garib showed their brilliance and stamina in both individual and team time trial categories. 

Imran Maniar, Managing Director, SSGC praised SSGC cyclists for a commanding show. President, PCF Syed Azhar Ali Shah along with SSGC’s Secretary Sports and Chairman Selection Committee Asif Ansari presented medals to the top 3 riders in various categories.
