Squarepeg, a women-led digital marketing agency, continued its commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) with the conclusion of its third annual cohort of the SquarePact Mentorship Program, which aims to empower young individuals with hands-on industry experience.
The event featured honourable chief guests, including Sadaf Zafar, the former Senior Vice President of the Islamabad Women’s Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and Humaira Yousaf, the CEO of Empower SMC.
Sadaf Zafar remarked, “Empowering young professionals is crucial for the growth of our digital economy. The SquarePact Mentorship Program is a commendable initiative that provides valuable opportunities for the next generation.”
The SquarePeg’s uniquely designed Mentorship Program paired participants with experienced mentors to provide practical insights and hands-on training in content marketing, social media, graphic design, and project management.
Through one-on-one mentoring sessions and real-world projects, mentees gained transferable skills to meet the growing demand for skilled digital marketing professionals. They then developed social media content for micro-women entrepreneurs to gain hands-on experience.

At the final event, mentees delivered presentations using their hands-on knowledge and experience, impressing the judges with their creativity and learning abilities.
