SOL: Training program takes over three major cities

This year School of Leadership (SoL) kick started its program Train the Young Trainer (TTYT) in three major cities of Pakistan; Karachi, Islamabad and Lahore. TTYT was a seven-day customized master training program that empowers young leaders of tomorrow to be impactful trainers and confident individuals.

TTYT was attended by 64 graduates and was specifically designed for new trainers, teachers, young professionals and students. The program insured that participants taking part in the program will walk out developing skills in communication, presentation, and facilitation techniques to maintain attention and how to handle difficult situations.

The program had been divided into seven very important modules that included: Fundamentals of Training, Content Development, and Training Delivery: Presentation & Communication Skills, Branding your profile, Practice Training Sessions and Final presentations & evaluation. 

Maalik Khaskhely, Executive Director at School of Leadership  said :’Train the Young Trainer is a master training program that offers limited investment with an unlimited opportunity to enable participants discover concepts, competencies and the crafts required to make learning meaningful and effective. ‘

Participants talking about their experience at TTYT said ‘These seven days made me broaden my vision and the scope of life exposing me to new perspectives. All the master trainers bringing their expertise on the table gave us a mix of flavors. The blended learning methodology used in the program made us be present at the moment and retain a lot. A highly recommended program for all youngsters to unveil their potential and develop key skills and get exposure.’
