Simpaisa’s real-time pay-out solution for inDrive

InDrive has partnered with Simpaisa to launch an instant payout feature for delivery claims, enhancing customer confidence and streamlining the refund process within the inDrive app. Users whose packages (valued up to PKR 10,000) are lost or damaged will receive immediate coverage through an automated system, eliminating lengthy claims.

This feature is available in inDrive’s Business Mode, catering to micro, small, and medium enterprises reliant on efficient delivery services. Awais Saeed, Country Manager at inDrive, emphasized the importance of reliability not just in delivery but also in handling issues that arise.

Simpaisa’s Head of Business, Shahroze A. Khan, noted that the integration combines ride-hailing intelligence with advanced payment solutions for easy claims. Overall, the partnership aims to provide swift support and enhance customer satisfaction.
