Saudia, the national flag carrier of Saudi Arabia, has been named the World Class Airline 2026 by the Airline Passenger Experience Association (APEX) for the fifth consecutive year. This recognition highlights Saudia’s successful strategy in enhancing travel experiences and operational safety across a network of over 100 destinations.
The airline is deepening its engagement with the Pakistani market, emphasizing the cultural and economic ties between Saudi Arabia and Pakistan. Saudia connects Pakistani travelers through exceptional service, ensuring journeys are warm, respectful, and memorable. Additionally, Saudia received the “Best in Class for Service–Guest Experience” award for the second consecutive year, emphasizing its commitment to personalized service.
Rossen Dimitrov, Chief Guest Experience Officer at Saudia, noted that these awards reflect the dedication of the airline’s team and the authenticity of Saudi hospitality. Saudia is also focused on long-term improvements, including the introduction of 116 new aircraft, upgraded seating, high-speed in-flight internet, and AI-enhanced services, further enhancing travel for Pakistani passengers.
