Muhammad Saleem Memon, President of the Hyderabad Chamber of Small Traders & Small Industry (HCSTSI), has urged Sindh’s Senior Minister for Transport & Mass Transit, Sharjeel Inam Memon, to rehabilitate the historic Badin Bus Terminal in Hyderabad.

In a detailed letter, he expressed concern over the terminal’s deteriorating condition, which has led to unauthorized transport networks causing traffic congestion and loss of government revenue. Memon stressed the importance of restoring the terminal to improve the city’s transportation system and public convenience.

He also highlighted the urgent need for expanding the People’s Bus Service (PBS) in Hyderabad with additional routes, as citizens seek safe and dignified public transport similar to other major cities in Sindh. Memon expressed hope that the minister will advocate for these necessary improvements, which would enhance quality public transport facilities and address the city’s traffic challenges.
