Registrar, ILMA University Syed Kashif Rafi was honoured with the highest Rotary International District 3271 Rotarian of the Year award at the recent District 3271 Conference DISCON 2022 – CHANGE-CON held at Karachi. The award was presented by District Governor, Rotary International District 3271, Dr. Aftab Imam, Vice President, Rotary International, Valarie K. Wafer and Rotary International President’s Representative, PDG. M. Iqbal Qureshi. The event was attended by more than 600 Rotarians, Businessmen, and Corporate and industry guests. Chief Guest of the event was Chief Secretary, Sindh, Dr. Muhammad Sohail Rajput.

Mr. Rafi was named Best Rotarian of the District, the highest award conferred to recognise Rotarians who have distinguished themselves through outstanding service to the communities, Rotarians and the district.
