Pakistan Single Window (PSW) and the Pakistan Horticulture Development and Export Company (PHDEC) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to strengthen the digital trade readiness of Pakistan’s horticulture sector and help exporters navigate modern trade procedures.

Under the agreement, PHDEC and PSW will jointly conduct training sessions, webinars and workshops to help horticulture exporters and processors better understand PSW registration, documentation requirements and digital trade processes.

PSW Chief Executive Officer Syed Aftab Haider said the partnership would help businesses use digital trade infrastructure effectively, meet regulatory requirements, and manage information securely, improving export competitiveness.

PHDEC CEO Muhammad Naseer said the collaboration would combine sector expertise and digital trade knowledge to help exporters address operational challenges and participate more effectively in international markets.

The two organizations will also establish joint working groups to identify sector-specific barriers to digital adoption, provide guidance on operational issues and support information sharing in line with relevant trade data policies.
