According to State Bank of Pakistan, the total liquid foreign reserves held by the country stood at US$20,052.9 million on 13October2017.The break-up of the foreign reserves position is as under:-

Foreign reserves held by the State Bank of Pakistan : US$ 14,157.6 million

Net foreign reserves held by commercial banks : US$ 5,895.3 million

Total liquid foreign reserves             : US$ 20,052.9 million

During the week ending 13October2017, SBP’s reserves increased by US$370 million to US$14,158 million due to official flows.
