The total liquid foreign reserves held by the country stood at US$17,712.9million on 27April2018.The break-up of the foreign reserves position is as under:-
Foreign reserves held by the State Bank of Pakistan : US$11,510.3million
- Net foreign reserves held by commercial banks : US$6,202.6million
- Total liquid foreign reserves : US$17,712.9 million
During the week ending 27April 2018,SBP’s reserves increased by US$593million to US$11,510million.The increase in SBP’s reserves is due to official inflows.
