The Pakistan Advertising Association (PAA) announced the results of its 2026 elections during its 11th Annual General Meeting, naming a new 14-member Central Executive Committee (CEC) for the 2026–2028 term.
The new CEC includes Numan Nabi Ahmed (Chairman), Jawwad Humayun (Senior Vice Chairman), Nida Haider (Vice Chairperson), Javed Qadeer Khan (Chairman, Zone A), Waqar Haideri (Chairman, Zone B), Usman Atique Butt (Chairman, Zone C), and Faheem Ahmed (Finance Secretary). Other members included Ahmed Jamal Mir, Natasha Durrani, Farhan Khan, Asad Ansari, Tabish Hasan Shah, Khalid Saleem, and Athar Saleem.
Members approved the agenda circulated in advance. Outgoing Chairman Ahmed Kapadia briefed members on the previous CEC’s initiatives over the past two years. He received a standing ovation for leading the team in building a new, strong brand identity for the PAA.
Chairman Numan Nabi Ahmed thanked members for their confidence in him and the new CEC. He emphasized the importance of teamwork, building relationships, and learning from experiences to plan for future actions. With this in mind, he proposed forming an Advisory Group to continue the outgoing CEC’s work and strengthen the PAA with clearly defined goals. The proposal was approved. Ahmed Kapadia will lead the Advisory Group as Chairman Emeritus, with Aleem Durrani, Zeeshan Khan, and Salman Mansur as members. The Chairman thanked both the Advisory Group and the outgoing CEC and encouraged the new CEC to cooperate fully with the group.
