Nasir Javed meets the Finance Minister – requested to abolish the rental tax rate

Regarding the new tax on real estate and construction, Patron, in Chief Federation Realtors of Pakistan and Association, Nasir Javed, met with Finance Minister Miftah Ismail and discussed the problems of people involved in the real estate sector.

Informing the Finance Minister, Nasir Javed advised the Finance Minister to reduce the tax rate to one percent, reduce the rate and period of gain tax, and abolish the new rental tax.

Finance Minister Miftah Ismail fully agreed with Nasir Javed’s suggestions and promised to try to persuade the Prime Minister. Nasir Javed said it was a one-to-one meeting, and they exchanged views on all issues very friendly manner. He hoped that inshallah Finance Minister Miftah Ismail would give some relief to the industry in Karachi, Lahore and other provinces.

At this meeting, he said he was grateful to Qamar Zaman Kaira. Minister assured him of taking better measures for the industry.
