During a meeting held on 11th September, 2018 in Ministry of Communications, Mr. Shoaib Ahmad Siddiqui, Secretary, Ministry of Communications directed to activate Project Monitoring & Evaluation Cell (PM&E Cell) urgently so that Development Projects executed by this Ministry’s attached Departments are monitored effectively and diligently.
Functioning of such a cell in a technical ministry is all the more necessary in terms of ECNEC decision. This step will help in proper execution and cost and time benefits.
