Millat Tractors Limited (MTL) reported a Profit After Tax (PAT) of PKR 7,841 million for fiscal year 2026 (FY26), up 23% from PKR 6,373 million in FY25. The Earnings Per Share (EPS) rose to PKR 19.65, with total dividends set at PKR 21 per share, including a final dividend of PKR 11.

Net revenue for FY26 reached PKR 63,755 million, up 22% year-over-year, supported by volumetric sales of 18,874 units (+1.6% YoY). In the fourth quarter (4QFY26), net revenue grew by 50% YoY to PKR 18,189 million.

Gross margins improved to 31.9% from 26.6% in FY25, with gross profit rising 47% YoY to PKR 20,364 million. Other income fell to PKR 599 million (-6% YoY) but surged in 4QFY26 to PKR 363 million (+19% YoY). Finance costs dropped 33% YoY to PKR 1,459 million.

The effective tax rate rose to 45.7% in FY26, up from 21.0% in FY25.
