Malik Group appointed distributor for Nora Tech in Sindh and Balochistan

Nora Tech (Private) Limited has appointed Malik Group of Companies as its sole distributor for the provinces of Sindh and Balochistan. In this regard, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed recently in Lahore by Mr. Ayub Ghauri, Chief Executive Officer of Nora Tech (Private) Limited, and Mr. Malik Khuda Baksh, Chief Executive and Chairman of Malik Group of Companies.

Nora Tech has introduced its first compact hatchback electric vehicle (EV), “NoRa E30,” which is Pakistan’s first EV to feature a swappable battery and a range extender. The company’s vision is to bring positive change to Pakistan’s compact hatchback ecosystem, and more such models will be introduced in the future that are truly affordable, not only in terms of purchase price but also in terms of usage and maintenance costs.

In view of the rapid growth of Pakistan’s ride-hailing sector, Nora Tech aims to empower hardworking professionals so they can significantly increase their monthly income. Establishing a nationwide battery-swapping network is a key component of the company’s mission.

Nora Tech and Malik Group of Companies have also developed ambitious plans to establish an extensive sales and after-sales network across the country for Nora Tech’s upcoming EV lineup, as well as to set up multiple battery-swapping stations nationwide.

Speaking after the signing of the MoU, Malik Khuda Baksh said that the Malik Group of Companies has demonstrated a strong commitment to the rapid development of Pakistan’s electric mobility ecosystem. This shared vision has brought both business groups closer. Both groups have united with a common resolve to improve Pakistan’s environment and to make four-wheeler transportation affordable and accessible for the public.
