Livoltek has enhanced its after-sales service by organising technical training sessions for its dealer network across Pakistan. Led by the After-sales Department, the initiative aims to equip dealers with troubleshooting skills, product knowledge, and efficient claims resolution processes.
Recent sessions involved Livoltek’s certified service engineers and over 50 key dealers from major cities, focusing on advanced diagnostics, error code troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and a streamlined warranty claims process.
Max Maa, Director of Sales at Livoltek, emphasised that empowering partners with technical knowledge fosters localised and effective supp. At the same time,ile Mr. Saif Zia, Technical Head – Aftersales, highlighted the goal of standardising technical competency across all dealer touchpoints. Participants found the training to be practical and essential, enhancing their ability to handle post-installation concerns independently.
Livoltek plans to continue these training programs regularly to keep its partners updated on new product developments and reimagine after-sales support in Pakistan’s solar sector.
