Leadership change at Pakistan International Container Terminal

Pakistan International Container Terminal Limited (PICT) has announced a significant change in its top leadership. The company’s Board of Directors, by resolution passed on May 7, 2026, accepted the resignation of Ms. Lirene Coloquio Mora-Suarez from her roles as Director and Chief Executive Officer.

Ms. Mora-Suarez, who led the company during a crucial period, was commended by the Board for her valuable contributions and dedicated service. Her departure marks the end of a tenure that strengthened PICT’s operational and corporate standing.

In the same resolution, the Board approved the appointment of Mr. Muhammad Anjum Naseem, currently serving as Director and Chief Operating Officer, as the interim Chief Executive Officer. His appointment is effective as of March 7, 2026, and will continue until a permanent successor is identified, subject to the completion of regulatory and corporate formalities.

The Pakistan Stock Exchange has been requested to inform TRE Certificate Holders of the change. This transition underscores PICT’s commitment to ensuring continuity in leadership while maintaining focus on operational excellence and stakeholder confidence.
