Patron in Chief of Korangi Association of Trade & Industry(KATI) SM Muneer, President Tariq Malik, Senior Vice President Slaman Aslam and Vice President Junaid Naqi congratulated Chairman Pakistan Tahreek e Insaf on his election as the Prime Minister of Pakistan according to statement release by KAIT.

SM Muneer said that it is hoped the the Prime Minster-elect will take measures into the right direction to bring back country’s economy on a development track. He said that business community expects development oriented policies from the newly elect government.

President KATI Tariq Malik said that there is a lot of challenges waiting for the newly elected government, economy is top of them and we believe that Imran Khan would find solutions to the crisis after taking charge of premiership. He said that a great milestone of democracy’s continuity and political stability has been achieved, now this is time to move forward and show of unity. He said that industry was facing many hurdles, production cost is high, insufficient infrastructure and struggling exports are the major problem for industrial section. “We hope the newly elected Prime Minister Imran Khan would choose his economic team, keeping these challenges in view” he said.
