K-Electric (KE) has partnered with Bank Alfalah to promote digital bill payments through a limited-time cashback offer. Customers who pay their KE bills via the Alfa app by scanning the QR code will receive PKR 500 cashback on bills of PKR 5,000 or more.
This initiative aims to enhance digital adoption among KE’s customer base, which boasts over 2.7 million digitally connected customers. Currently, 1.9 million of them actively use digital banking for their electricity payments.
Noor Afshan, Head of Marketing & Customer Experience at KE, emphasised the importance of digital adoption for modern customers and highlighted collaboration as a way to simplify and enhance the payment experience.
