Jazz, Pakistan’s leading digital operator, announced a PKR 25.5 billion investment aimed at expanding 4G coverage and enhancing digital platforms, contributing to the digital transformation of Pakistan. The company recorded a 17.7% growth in the first half of 2025.
Key highlights include a 15.3% year-on-year increase in revenue, driven by strong telecom operations and a 35.7% rise in digital revenue, which accounted for 28.1% of total revenue. EBITDA rose 5.4%, indicating a successful shift to a ServiceCo model.
JazzCash, with over 21 million monthly active users, processed PKR 11.7 trillion in transactions over the past twelve months. The company’s subscriber base reached 73.9 million, including 54.6 million 4G users, and VoLTE users hit 32 million.
CEO Aamir Ibrahim stated that the strong performance reflects Jazz’s commitment to Pakistan’s digital future, with ongoing investments in 4G and financial inclusion. The successful transfer of tower assets to Engro Connect underscores its focus on operational efficiency and scaling its digital ecosystem.
