Indus Motor Company reported strong financial results for FY 2025–26

Indus Motor Company Limited (IMC) reported strong financial results for FY 2025–26, with unit sales increasing by 33% to 45,035 units. Net sales revenue rose to PKR 258.75 billion, up from PKR 215.14 billion. Profit before taxation increased to PKR 42.82 billion, and net profit after tax grew to PKR 25.51 billion.
Chairman Mohamedali R. Habib emphasized the importance of a stable policy environment for the automotive industry, while CEO Ali Asghar Jamali highlighted operational excellence and innovation as key to their success.
The broader automotive market saw a 39% increase in passenger car and light commercial vehicle sales, aided by improved consumer sentiment and innovation. IMC also made strides in sustainability, completing the plantation of one million trees and investing PKR 377 million in community initiatives through its CSR program, benefiting over 255,000 people
