inDrive’s Aurora Tech Award 2026

inDrive, a global mobility platform, has recognized two women-led startups from Pakistan among the Top 100 female founders for the Aurora Tech Award 2026, celebrating women tech founders in emerging markets. The award offers winners up to US$50,000 in non-dilutive funding, mentorship, networking opportunities, and media visibility to connect them with investors.

Awais Saeed, Country Head of inDrive Pakistan, emphasized that Pakistani women entrepreneurs are innovative but often face challenges accessing funding and support. The Aurora Tech Award provides the resources needed to scale their ideas.

Faiza Yousuf, a finalist in 2023, shared how the award enhanced her startup’s visibility and credibility. Submissions from Pakistani startups covered EdTech, AI, HealthTech, and sustainability, aligning with the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

In 2026, the award received 3,400 applications from 127 countries. The top finalists will be revealed in February, with winners celebrated later in the year. inDrive’s efforts in Pakistan extend beyond ride-hailing, as it promotes women’s contributions to technology through initiatives such as the Aurora Tech Award.
