inDrive, a global mobility platform, has partnered with Abacus, a leader in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), to enhance customer experience. This collaboration merges Abacus’s advanced customer support with inDrive’s peer-to-peer ride-hailing service, aiming for improved service quality and operational efficiency.

The partnership was inaugurated at the Abacus Global Delivery Center in Lahore, attended by leaders from both companies, including Awais Saeed (inDrive Country Head) and Shaheryar Rafiq (Abacus Senior Executive Director).
