In December 2025, workers’ remittances totaled $3.6 billion. This amount represents year-on-year growth of 16.5% and month-on-month growth of 12.6%. During the first half of FY26, total remittances amounted to $19.7 billion, which is a 10.6% rise compared to the $17.8 billion received in the same period the previous year.

The remittance inflows in December 2025 were primarily from the following countries: Saudi Arabia ($813.1 million), the United Arab Emirates ($726.1 million), the United Kingdom ($559.7 million), and the United States ($301.7 million).
