foodpanda, has launched its ‘Panda Academy,’ a specialised learning and development initiative aimed at empowering its delivery fleet through continuous education, knowledge sharing, and professional upskilling.
Designed to create personal and career growth, the Panda Academy brings together foodpanda’s employees with its delivery heroes. The program enables foodpanda employees to conduct interactive workshops and share their specialised expertise, practical insights, and professional experiences directly with delivery partners.
Having already completed its first five sessions, the platform is now preparing a comprehensive roadmap of upcoming modules driven by employee volunteers across various departments.
The curriculum covers a wide range of functional topics tailored to support riders both on and off the road. Modules focus on money and financial literacy to help riders build sustainable saving habits, alongside digital and AI skills to enhance technical awareness in a rapidly evolving economy.
“At foodpanda, our delivery partners are at the core of everything we do, and our commitment to their wellbeing goes far beyond flexible earning opportunities,” said Ahsan Malik, Director Logistics at foodpanda. The Rider Academy was created with the vision to boost personal and professional empowerment. By equipping our riders with practical skills, we are investing directly in their future and helping them build sustainable paths forward.”
