Emirates has been named ‘Best Airline in the World’ for the eighth consecutive year at the ULTRAs Travel Awards in Dubai, based on votes from 1.2 million travellers. The airline also received the ‘Airline with the Best Premium Economy Class’ award and a ‘Lifetime Achievement Award for Services to Global Aviation’ for Sir Tim Clark.
Sir Tim Clark expressed gratitude to travelers and highlighted Emirates’ continuous investment in enhancing the flying experience, which includes expanding routes, upgrading aircraft, and introducing new technologies. Emirates stands out for its world-class in-flight experience, featuring gourmet cuisine, award-winning entertainment, and luxurious cabin accommodations.
Its Premium Economy class offers dedicated services, spacious seating, and premium meals, currently available on routes to 61 cities. Sir Tim Clark’s leadership has transformed Emirates into a major global carrier since 2003, and he has also received accolades, including the Distinguished Achievement Award from the Wings Club Foundation.
In 2025, Emirates earned multiple awards, including ‘Best International Airline’ and ‘Best Long-Haul Airline,’ among others. The airline’s loyalty program, Emirates Skywards, was named the ‘Best Global Airline Loyalty Program’ at the International Loyalty Awards.
