DWP Group has launched its flagship paid internship program, Tameer-e-Mustaqbil, aimed at nurturing young talent and enhancing its employer brand in Pakistan’s corporate sector. 

This three-month program is designed for high-potential graduates from top universities, providing them with mentorship from industry leaders, cross-functional exposure, and participation in innovative projects. Weekly learning labs and “Intern Diaries” will facilitate ongoing reflection and knowledge-sharing.
