DWP Care, the customer service department of DWP Group, successfully hosted the Customer Support Annual Awards 2025, celebrating the dedication and service excellence of technicians and service professionals across Pakistan. The event featured nearly 100 participants and recognised high-performing teams and individuals.

Chairman & CEO Muhammad Farooq Naseem and COO Rizwan Butt praised the teams for their commitment to quality service.
