Data Vault Pakistan and the Centre of Excellence Artificial Intelligence Technology Center (CoE AITeC) at the National Centre for Physics (NCP) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to advance Pakistan’s capabilities in artificial intelligence (AI) and high-performance computing.
The MoU establishes a framework for collaboration focused on indigenous AI development, GPU-accelerated computing, and national-scale research enablement, which supports technological self-reliance and economic growth.

– AI research and applied innovation
– GPU access for academia and government
– Training on AI infrastructure
– Cloud and edge AI services
– Joint R&D programs and technology pilots
The agreement also facilitates access to high-performance compute resources and collaboration on government projects. During the MoU signing, representatives toured Data Vault’s AI-optimized data center, showcasing domestically developed AI infrastructure.
Goals: – Develop local expertise in AI and advanced computing – Enhance human capital through training – Create secure environments for sensitive projects – Translate research into operational AI systems. The MoU, effective for five years, positions Pakistan as a regional hub for AI and digital innovation, with plans for extension by mutual consent.
