CBD Punjab continues to excel with another record-breaking auction, further establishing its role in transformative urban development. The Punjab Central Business District Development Authority (PCBDDA) successfully auctioned premium residential plots in CBD NSIT City under the NSIT Residencia banner, attracting significant interest from local and international investors.

The auction yielded an investment of 2.288 billion, with 186 bids submitted. Key sales included Plot R-02-05 sold to Zameen Developments for 464.38 million, Plot R-02-06 to Umar Safdar for 614.44 million, Plot R-02-07 to Zameen Developments for 619 million, and Plot R-02-08 to Muhammad Anwar Mian Noor for 601.005 million.

CEO Imran Amin noted that the strong interest reflects investor confidence in CBD Punjab’s vision, emphasising sustainable development. NSIT Residencia is emerging as a key residential area, offering a modern lifestyle with easy access to essential amenities.
