CBD Punjab accelerates urban transformation with global-standard development drive

CEO CBD Punjab Imran Amin conducted thorough on-the-ground reviews of NSIT City and CBD Walk, emphasising a zero-compromise approach to quality, sustainability, and compliance with international standards. During visits in January 2026, he reinforced the principle that quality will not be compromised at any stage of development.
At NSIT City, the aim is to establish a technology and innovation hub, with improvements to landscaping and a focus on carbon reduction and accessibility. Amin stressed that this project is a strategic investment in Punjab’s knowledge economy, promoting high-quality public spaces and smart mobility solutions.
CBD Walk is also making significant strides, with the successful completion of excavation and foundation works for 32 units. Amin highlighted the importance of precision in foundational works, as strong foundations are key to urban planning success. Senior leadership from CBD Punjab and representatives from NESPAK participated in the reviews, showcasing a collaborative approach to ensure timely, high-standard delivery. Sustainability and transparency remain central themes across both projects, reflecting a commitment to disciplined, globally aligned urban development.
