BYD, the world’s leading NEV brand, launched The Great Pakistan Adventure (GPA), a unique four-episode digital travel series showcasing Pakistan’s diverse landscapes and cultures, driven by the BYD Shark 6, Pakistan’s most powerful PHEV pickup.
The series features storytellers journeying through remote terrains, inspired by the Shark 6’s capabilities in mud, sand, snow, and mountains. This vehicle, built on BYD’s DMO Super Hybrid platform, is designed for adventure with intelligent all-wheel drive, high ground clearance, and a range of up to 800 km.
Ayesha Janjua, VP Marketing at BYD Pakistan, emphasized the campaign’s goal of illuminating Pakistan’s hidden stories and communities. Syed Haider Mujtaba, GM Marketing, noted the series aims to capture authentic cinematic storytelling while honoring the visionaries shaping the nation’s future.
Directed by filmmaker Zohaib Kazi, the episodes follow adventurers like Abrar Hassan tracking snow leopards, Maryam Raja exploring Sindh’s traditions, Bilal Hassan journeying through Cholistan’s deserts, and Nadir Nahdi discovering surf culture along Karachi’s coast.
